Damon Semmens is of counsel to the Anton Law Group. Mr. Semmens specializes in the areas of government contracts and commercial disputes. Prior to joining the Anton Law Group, Mr. Semmens worked as a litigator in private practice handling legal disputes in wide array of areas including business, contract, intellectual property, real estate, and employment law. Before he began his work as litigator, Mr. Semmens worked both a legal and business capacity as an executive manager and contracts administrator for Imprimis, Inc., a defense contracting firm located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Rose Biancaniello is a defense trade regulatory specialist and consultant partner to Anton Law Group. Her expertise spans a government career of 38 years, with 35 years in the Department of State, Office of Defense Trade Controls. For over 10 years, she was directly responsible for the management and supervision of the licensing and related support staff responsible for export licensing determinations. During her career she interacted extensively with foreign governments on export matters dealing with licensing and compliance. Ms. Biancaniello also served as the Department’s expert in development and interpretation of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the foundation for implementing the law (Arms Export Control Act) that governs the export of defense articles and defense services.
