Michael Barry focuses his in the area of real estate, taxation, estate planning, and business law. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the University of San Diego, a J.D. from the University of Denver School of Law, and a Masters of Law in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program. In addition, Michael is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado. Michael is Of Counsel to Anton Law Group, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Michael is a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association.

Sue Carriere is an associate attorney who focuses her practice on international trade, international and domestic business acquisitions, and corporate transactional work. Having lived and worked in both Asia and Europe, Ms. Carriere brings great cultural insight to her international practice and to her clients. Ms. Carriere earned her law degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder. She holds a masters degree in international political studies from the University of Colorado as well as bachelors degrees in both Political Science and French from Santa Clara University. Ms. Carriere is a member of both the American Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association.

Paul Maricle has advised small and medium-sized corporate clients throughout his career in many aspects of commercial, corporate and business law including transnational commercial transactions. He has extensive experience in areas including stock and asset purchase agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, employment agreements, commercial arbitration and bankruptcy-related issues. Mr. Maricle represents a number of German and Austrian clients and is fluent in German.
Mr. Maricle is admitted to practice in both Colorado and Kansas. He is a member of both the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, served as Past-Chair of the International Law Forum Commitee, is a current member of the American Bar Association, Section of International Law and Practice, and was Past-President of the German American Chamber of Commerce - Colorado Chapter.

Damon Semmens specializes in the areas of government contracts and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the Anton Law Group, Mr. Semmens worked as a litigator in private practice handling legal disputes in wide array of areas including business, contract, intellectual property, real estate, and employment law. Before he began his work as litigator, Mr. Semmens worked as an executive manager and contracts administrator for Imprimis, Inc., a defense contracting firm located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. His wide range of experience in the business and litigation affords Mr. Semmens unique insight into the needs of his customers and allows him to offer the clients of Anton Law Group services that are not only legally effective but also practical and cost-effective.
Mr. Semmens is admitted to practice in both state and federal court, and is Of Counsel to the Anton Law Group. He received his law degree from Notre Dame Law School, where he was an executive editor for the Journal of College and University Law . Prior to law school, Mr. Semmens acquired his bachelor’s degree in business and political science from the University of Texas at Austin.

Luke Stahmer is the Vice President of Operations for Anton Law Group. Stahmer has extensive experience in both marketing and operations working with a variety of companies in diffrent business secotors. Stahmer serves on the Board of Directors for Arc Thrift of Colorado, the largest social enterprise in the state with over 800 paid employees and approaching $50M in annual revenue.
